  • A minimum of 25% of the total booking amount is required as an advance payment to confirm your booking.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to the rules and regulations of the resort.
  • Any damage to the property caused by the client or their guests will result in repair or replacement costs, which must be borne by the client.

3.3. Prohibited Activities:

  • Activities that violate local laws, create a public nuisance, or damage the property are strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

4.1. Resort Responsibility:

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Digha Resort is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or theft of belongings during your stay or event.

4.2. Client Responsibility:

  • The client assumes all responsibility for the actions of their guests and any third-party vendors engaged for the event.

5. Vendor Policies

5.1. External Vendors:

  • If you wish to use external vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators), prior approval from the resort is required.
  • All external vendors must adhere to the resort’s policies and guidelines.

5.2. Setup and Cleanup:

  • Vendors must complete setup and cleanup within the booked hours. Additional charges may apply for delays.

6. Force Majeure

Digha Resort is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
